'Kew Beauty'

Thamnocalamus crassinodus is native to Tibet and grows at various altitudes. Of the many cultivars, 'Kew Beauty' is a variation known for it's bluish gray culms that age to a brownish red in good light. Sparse delicate leaves are held aloft by widely spaced branches. One of the finest clumping bamboos available.
